Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Early Childhood Lead Teacher to join our preschool (2.5-6 year-olds) and creative programs. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about early childhood education, creative arts, and fostering a nurturing, play-based learning environment.
Full-Time / Year-Round:
School Year (August - May) with additional work during our Summer Camps (June & July)
8AM - 5PM (40 hours per week, occasional weekend events throughout the year)
Preferred Start Date: August 2026
Salary Range: $40,360 - $42,140
Location: Fort Collins, CO
