Any adult dropping off on the first day of each camp is welcome to come meet the teachers and see the space by 8 a.m. The drop-off line starts by 8:20 a.m., so we ask that you say goodbye at that point. We look forward to meeting and getting to know you and your child(ren)!
At the end of the camp, your child(ren) will perform a 15-minute showcase. This showcase will begin promptly at 11:00 a.m. at the Art Lab or Loveland location. Please have your child(ren) dressed in their Playcrafter Kids t-shirt.
Note: To encourage the itsy bitsy performers to stay focused, we ask that all family and friends do not join us during camp hours, but come for the final performance to be dazzled!
Drop-off is between 8:20-8:30 a.m. Pick-up is between 11:20-11:30 a.m.
Due to parking constraints in Old Town, one teacher will wait in the Old Firehouse Alley off of Linden St. between Sushi Plus and Bare Bones Haircut. (The alley is to the west of the Art Lab). Please form a line and stay in the car. The teacher will help your child(ren) out of the car. The teacher will escort a group of children to the Art Lab. This is for drop-off and pick-up. Parking in Old Town is required on the last day of the camp because of the performance.
For the safety of your child(ren), your child(ren) will only be released to the members on the registration form. Please let us know in written form (email or note) if someone else will be picking up your child(ren).
Labeled items such as water bottle, backpack, and change of clothing (see below for details).
A great attitude!
Note: Please keep all toys at home unless asked to bring in to use as a prop.
Comfortable clothing is key. Kids are welcome to remove shoes, so if you prefer them to wear socks please have them on already. Bring an extra set of clothing in a sealed storage bag as accidents do happen.
In order to offer the best experience for our campers, Playcrafter Kids' summer camps are capped at 12 itsy bitsies. The ratio of staff/campers will be between 1:6 and 1:8.
Payment is due in full before camp starts. A filled out registration form is required to begin. A $25 fee will be charged for any returned/bounced checks.
Please contact Playcrafter Kids at info@PlaycrafterKids.com or call (970) 286-0639 to be placed on a waitlist. Online registration will not permit “overbooking” the camp. If space becomes available, we will contact you and you will have 24 hours to enroll and pay in full.

Four or more weeks prior to the camp start date | Full Refund
14-27 days prior to the camp start date | 50% refund
Less than two weeks prior to camp | No refund
We understand emergencies happen. A medically-related cancellation is allowed with a document signed by child’s physician and given to Playcrafter Kids. A full refund or transfer to another camp may be possible, just contact us ASAP.
Transfers: It may be possible to transfer your payment to another camp depending on if there are still openings. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with no less than two weeks’ notice of the camp you would like to transfer from.
Please do not bring a sick child to class. If they have a fever over 100 degrees, stomach bug, rash, pink eye, or headlice, they will need clearance from their doctor and between 24-48 hours to return. In the event your child becomes ill while in class, we will contact you and/or the emergency contact to coordinate picking your child up as soon as possible.
In the event of an emergency requiring immediate medical attention, your child will be taken to the nearest hospital emergency room unless Playcrafter Kids staff is instructed otherwise by parents before the program begins. Playcrafter Kids staff members may provide basic first aid but do not administer medication of any kind to campers. If your child requires medication dispensed during the camp day or a special arrangement of any kind, please contact Deanna at (970) 286-0639 or email@example.com.
In case of an emergency that would bar the lead teacher from leading class, Playcrafter Kids will send an email AND text message ASAP about the qualified substitute teacher leading class that day. If in the unlikely scenario the entire class period must be cancelled, a class makeup or refund will be offered to families.
Playcrafter Kids expects campers to value the contributions of others and to treat fellow students and teachers with respect. Playcrafter Kids reserves the right to dismiss a child due to behavioral issues. A student will not be dismissed without consultation with the teachers, student and the parent/guardian of the student involved. Refunds will not be given for student dismissal.
