Program Policies

    • Water bottle with child’s name on it

    • Comfortable clothing, hat, sunglasses (if needed)

    • For ages 4-6, a change of clothing in a sealed bag with child’s name on it. Include a top, bottom, and undergarments.

    • A great attitude!

  • Camps will be held indoors at the Foothills Unitarian Church with opportunities for outdoor play and rehearsal. Doors are locked to the public.

    Masks are not required; however, we support and will normalize mask wearing if your family opts to wear one. We follow the CDC and Larimer County Dept. of Health guidelines and will adapt if needed. Each Playcrafter Kids staff member is vaccinated including Covid-19.

    Stocked first aid kits are available on site.

    We will disinfect all yoga mats and items used. Hand washing will occur upon arrival and throughout the day for children and staff.

    • Children will be dropped off and picked up at Playcrafter Kids, located at 1815 Yorktown Avenue, Fort Collins 80526 (Foothills Unitarian Church).

    • Children will only be dismissed to adults listed on their registration form. Please inform Playcrafter Kids if a change is needed.

  • Feel free to take pictures and videos of your child(ren) during performances. We just ask for no flash photography.

  • Comfortable, cool and light-colored clothing is key. For ages 4-6, please bring an extra set of clothing in a sealed storage bag as accidents do happen.

  • Playcrafter Kids' camps and classes vary. Please look at the program details.

  • Registration is fully online. Once you’ve paid or chosen a payment plan, you’ll receive an email within 24-48 hours with a registration form to fill out ASAP.

    Payment is due in full before camp/class starts; however, we offer payment plans. Please see the camp or class page for more information. A complete registration form is required to begin. A $25 fee will be charged for any returned/bounced checks.

  • We feel strongly that every child should be able to enjoy our programs. We offer a limited amount of partial and full scholarships to income-qualifying families.   • If a camp that you’re interested in shows that it is ‘Sold Out',’ we invite you to fill out the Waitlist Form.

    Feel free to contact Playcrafter Kids at info@PlaycrafterKids.com or call (970) 286-0639. Online registration will not permit “overbooking” the camp/class. If space becomes available, we will contact you and you’ll have 24 hours to enroll and pay in full.

  • Withdrawals: If you need to withdraw your child from one of our camps, please note our refund schedule:

    • 4 or more weeks prior to the camp start date: A refund* - $50 credit

      • *except for small payment processing fee. This $50 credit can be used for a future program and must be used within 18 months of purchase. We will provide a code.

    • 15-27 days prior to the camp start date: 75% refund

    • 7-14 days prior to the camp start date: 50% refund

    • Less than one week before camp starts: No refund

    We understand emergencies happen. A medically-related cancellation is allowed with a document signed by child’s physician and given to Playcrafter Kids. A partial refund or transfer to another camp may be possible, just contact us ASAP.

    Transfers: It may be possible to transfer your payment to another camp depending on if there are still openings. Please email info@playcrafterkids.com with no less than two weeks’ notice of the camp you would like to transfer from.

  • Please do not bring a sick child to camp. If they have a fever over 100 degrees, stomach bug, rash, pink eye, or head lice, they will need clearance from their doctor and between 24-48 hours to return. Please let Deanna know of ANY Covid-19 related symptoms or any potential exposures prior to the start of camp and during.

  • In the event of an emergency requiring immediate medical attention, your child will be taken to the nearest hospital emergency room unless Playcrafter Kids staff is instructed otherwise by parents before the program begins. Playcrafter Kids staff members may provide basic first aid and administer medication. If your child requires medication dispensed during the camp day or a special arrangement of any kind, please contact Deanna at (970) 286-0639 or info@playcrafterkids.com.

  • In case of an emergency that would bar the lead teacher from leading class, Playcrafter Kids will send an email AND text message ASAP about the qualified substitute teacher leading class that day. If in the unlikely scenario the entire class period must be cancelled, a class makeup or refund will be offered to families.

  • Playcrafter Kids expects performers to value the contributions of others and to treat fellow students and teachers with respect. Playcrafter Kids reserves the right to dismiss a child due to behavioral issues. A student will not be dismissed without consultation with the teachers, student and the parent/guardian of the student involved. Refunds will not be given for student dismissal.
